Non-essential cookies must not be installed before obtaining your consent. Accept and Reject options must be offered at the same level and with equivalent visibility, and your choice must be capable of being changed later.
1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies are files or identifiers that a website may store on or read from your device. They may be essential for the website to function or may be used, with the appropriate consent, to remember preferences, measure usage or provide other functionalities.
2. Categories
3. Consent and preferences
When non-essential cookies exist, the first layer must allow users to clearly and equivalently accept or reject them and access settings by purpose. Rejecting cookies will not prevent normal access to the website, except for functionalities legitimately dependent on a requested technology.
You may withdraw or change your consent as easily as you gave it. The website footer must provide permanent access to the cookie preference manager.
4. Actual cookie inventory
The inventory depends on the active technical configuration. HotelGEX does not declare specific cookies that have not been verified. Where applicable, the consent manager must display the name, provider, purpose, duration and type of each non-essential cookie or technology before requesting consent.
5. Browser-based management
In addition to the HotelGEX panel, you can delete or block cookies through your browser. After deleting them, the website may ask you to provide your preferences again.
6. Third parties
If the website integrates third parties that install or read identifiers, their technologies will be activated according to their category and the applicable consent. Their policies are the responsibility of their respective owners.
7. Legal framework
The use of these devices is governed, among other regulations, by Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002. Where they involve personal data, the GDPR and Spanish data protection regulations also apply.
