HotelGEX
HOTELGEX INTEGRATIONS

The PMS is a data source. Not the owner of your intelligence.

HotelGEX is designed to work with different providers, APIs, and imports without coupling its modules to a single technology.

WHAT IT SOLVES
01Multiple PMSsGreater technological freedom.
02Flexible importContinue delivering value without a complete API.
03NormalizationModules do not depend on the source format.
PROVIDER-AGNOSTIC

Changing the source should not require rebuilding the intelligence.

Each integration translates the available information into HotelGEX’s internal model. When no API exists, certain use cases can still operate with XLS/CSV files or normalized data.

  • Provider-specific adapters.
  • Normalized internal model.
  • XLS/CSV imports when necessary.
  • Unavailable data clearly marked as unavailable.
INTEGRATE WITHOUT INVENTING

An incomplete integration must not produce false data.

HotelGEX distinguishes what each source provides. If an integration does not supply invoices, payments, or inventory, those capabilities are limited or shown as unavailable.

PMSReservations, rooms, and availability according to the provider.
XLS/CSVOperational import when no API is available.
APIsSpecific connectors for available sources.
NormalizationA common model for HotelGEX modules.

INTEGRATION LAYER

Designed for a heterogeneous hotel ecosystem.

The architecture decouples modules and sources to reduce dependency.

01

Multiple PMSs

Specific connectors can map different providers.

Greater technological freedom.
02

Flexible import

XLS/CSV for reservations and operations when appropriate.

Continue delivering value without a complete API.
03

Normalization

Common internal fields and entities.

Modules do not depend on the source format.
04

Cross-functional availability

A layer prepared for Revenue, Journey, Upselling, Concierge, and future sales capabilities.

A single available-inventory logic.
05

Tenant isolation

Each piece of data remains associated with the correct hotel.

Multi-hotel security and consistency.
06

Traceability

Separation between observed, calculated, and unavailable data.

Avoid misleading dashboards.
DATA FLOW

Connect, map, normalize, and consume.

Integration is a layer, not the entire product.

01ConnectAPI, import, or available source.
02MapTranslate real fields and entities.
03NormalizeStore data in HotelGEX internal structures.
04ConsumeJourney, Revenue, F&B, and other modules work with them.
360° CONNECTION

Integrate to unlock, not to block.

The same layer can serve current modules and future Booking Engine capabilities with AI.

AI · COPILOT · AUTOMATION

AI needs connected data, but HotelGEX does not require you to change your PMS.

Integrations, imports, and manual sources feed a normalized, provider-agnostic model.

AI + 360°

Provider-agnostic

PMSs, APIs, XLS, and CSVs are sources, not dependencies.

Technological freedom.

Observed data

Distinguishes what is available from what is missing.

Confidence.

Cross-functional availability

Inventory and availability support Revenue, Journey, Upselling, and Concierge.

A common foundation.
